One clause below is a legal question rather than a factual one and is marked where it arises: which law governs a dispute about this site. The binding text will replace this page in full.

This is the public marketing site of Relentia S.A.R.L. (Associé Unique), a digital marketing company. It describes what the business does and offers one action: an application to partner.

There is no customer login, no account and no self-serve product here. If a page ever appears to offer one, it does not.

No page on this site is a contract, an offer to contract, or a warranty about results. That includes the table of what each side carries, the standing commitments on the company page, and anything else written in the register of an instrument - the site is set out that way because the terms are what a reader is actually deciding on, not because a page is an agreement.

Any partnership is governed by the agreement signed at the time, and where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement is the one that counts.

Submitting the application form commits neither side to anything. Relentia may decline an application, and does not owe an explanation for declining one, though in practice a reason is usually given.

What you send should be true and yours to send. Do not submit anyone else's personal details through the form, and do not submit anything you are not free to disclose.

The form is rate limited and carries automated checks for submissions that were not typed by a person. A submission blocked by one of those receives the same response a real one does.

This site names the affiliate networks and platforms Relentia already runs traffic with. Those names and marks belong to their owners, and they appear as a statement of who Relentia works with rather than as an endorsement of Relentia by any of them.

The site does not link to any of them. Nothing on this site should be read as speaking for another company.

The technology partner named on the company page is credited for the software it builds, and the boundary of that credit is set out on the page itself.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Relentia except where they belong to somebody else, and the photographs used as illustration are stock rather than pictures of Relentia's own premises - each is labelled as such where it appears.

You may read, quote and link to this site. You may not present its material as your own.

The site is provided as it is. No guarantee is made that it will be available without interruption or free of error, and it may change without notice.

The register entry linked from every page is held by a third party. Relentia is responsible for the accuracy of what it states here about itself, not for the availability of somebody else's website.
